ParksideRes : Some good friends did a total system replacement using MADD Air last month. They were quite pleased with the whole project.
@Smokeybear : My system went down Memorial Day after the storms. I have done a lot of self diagnosis and repair but this one had me stumped. After scouting here and our sister site I called MADD Air. Great guy to talk with and since the parts house was closed determined that Tuesday was the better time for a service call..in the meantime DW came up with a reset suggestion that worked so cancelled the order.
But, if my conversation with Robert of MADD Air is any indication of their customer care then I am a new fan and purveyor of their service. He could tell I understood my system and talked to me accordingly. No condescension just like we were coworkers. Awesome.
