Choking her dog? Seriously? So you mean tell me that this has never happened to any of you dog owners? I have. Dogs get hyper at parks and stuff and want to be let off the leash. it tangled and choked itself for a few seconds. happens. So you take the dog away? Blown way out of proportion.

@nikkiole : I do not think that dog was ever in danger. Considering she was "in fear for her life", holding a phone, having a talk with the 911 operator, etc. I think what is happening with the dog is simply an overreaction because she "is racist".But fine, let's agree to disagree.
