@brightlights : Looks great!!! I put my peanut sauce on top the meat with fish oil and chili paste.

@Nikkiole : Very similar to angus beef , but very lean. look up the nutrient value comparison to beef, poultry , lamb and fish. It will surprise you. Wife's crohns handles it much bertter

@nikkiole :A truly sad question that most of us Americans would have to ask...If our military hadn't wiped them all out in an effort to eliminate American Indians, that meat would be competing with beef today, and maybe it would be more popular/available and prices of both much lower...

@Astrokatz :I feel your pain....My BBQ chicken legs turned into "shake-and-bake" chicken legs...

Yeah, the Mr. had to put his energy into homemade hummus and pita bread... poor guy...

We got steak on the grill for lunch....Stouffers lasagna for dinner in the storm.

@nikkiole : I love it not as strong & greasy as ground beef and very pleasant, Texture is leaner than beef as well.
