@lynnsgirl : I "try" to eat as healthy as possible ( which in my case means no boxed foods and as few additives as possible ), that doesn't mean skip everything!
Human are supposed to eat Meat and fat from animals. Going out is easy, i typically get seafood ( i need more omega 3 ) with vegetables. IF no good sea food then a steak.I just think life is amazing and want to experience it healthy for as long as possible.
I want my 122 years Everything on that plate is far game except the macaroni. ( also one of my kids would want it at every meal, i am so sick of that food i never touch it )

@lynnsgirl : I'm single too I got the pit out BBQ a steak 6 hamburgers and some dogs. The steak was for diner I put the rest up for the rest of week. I don't let being single stop me from doing the things I enjoy cooking and eating being 2 of them.
