@ParksideRes : Very true; however, what a person does affect others - knowingly or be chance.

Reopening the economy, now it is time for all those non mask, anti mask, infringing on my rights, etc etc to go out and support the businesses that are reopening. Go out to eat, go to the mall, the movies, etc. Reopening the economy does no good if nobody is spending any money.I plan to sit in my house and see how it goes for another month or so after the economy is opened back up.

Everybody has their price....The Trump probably slid him some serious Benjamins....

@tinytim : What about supporting the economy by on line ordering? I think that is a good way for us to support the economy. It can be food or items for purchase.

@CougarsRock : Yes unfortunately online ordering does not save the economy. When a lot of businesses were physically closed, online ordering was still operational. The end result was the demand was not there to support them.Bars, restaurants, daycares, salons, barbershops, retail stores with physical locations, movie theaters, etc are unable to thrive with just online shopping. They rely upon foot traffic as well. For example restaurants have stated they can not survive without dine in options and customers.I myself plan on supporting by shopping online as well, just like I did when there was a stay at home order. My needs haven't changed much.

@tinytim : I did everything except the movie the last couple of days but I can tell you the restaurants are dead with just 25%. They can't stay in business with that. I loved TJMax Home Store being open and spent money to keep them open. We will have no shops if things don't open.

@hutch5801 : Here is what I see for myself . In the post put up by rabbit8 there is a pic of Trump & Fauci together & Fauci appears to be speaking . But nowhere can you click on the pic to open up & (hear Dr F) say to open up the economy . Underneath that pic on the left side is a tiny pic of David Dierking May 22, 2020 HE is the person it appears to me put this up[ & made the statement (( Dr F SAID NOW IS THE TIME TO REOPEN THE ECONOMY )) . What I have seen from his mouth was their might be ( some area's ) across the country that could be ( safely ) opened up . I have perhaps missed him saying the entire country can open up . He has spoken from what I've heard with caution for opening the country a little at a time .

@tinytim : And we will be doing the exact thing you are doing . We are high risk . But worse than us being high risk is the fact that our youngest daughter her husband & her only child our grandaughter are all medical related jobs .
