@redneckroy : I am ok to drive.. negative on both for the man!! Unfortunately I do not know how to change a tire which is why I always make sure I have roadside assistance.Now with that being said.. I'm still waiting on roadside assistance. Good thing I'm not on the side of the freeway!!

Well roadside assistance finally got here and got my little spare on. Of course I couldn't have just run over a nail or screw. Apparently I ran over a sharp rock just right and sliced my tire. My fantastic luck! So new tires for me.. at least I got almost 50,000 miles out of 'em.

It took them 5 hours? Geez.

@Sammee : took 2 1/2 hours to get here. He left a little before 10. He apologized saying there was a communication mix up on their end. I was just happy he showed and we didn't have to do it 😄

Soooooo I got up early so I could drive in from the woods and drop her off before work at quicklane. Got out and my spare tire was damn near flat!! What a day already!! I need a shot and it's not even 8 yet!!

Same exact thing happened to me a cpl weeks, going down 59 (just got off 288) so I pulled off in a parking lot right by where all the cops park under 59. And same deal, had a flat spare, made it to store but wouldn't take much air, I just went slow.
Reminder to us all to check our spare, they do not last like they used to (my cars a 2015). I need to buy another before I have another flat.

@cador : yeah I guess I just didn't even think about the air being low because it had never been used and my car is a '17. Scary stuff being on the freeway isn't it?!? Now I know why it was so hard to steer it, especially when I came to a stop. Geesh!! I'll never do that again!

Just so y'all know, my girl got her new shoes and I finally got to take that shot I needed this morning. Love the peace of mind that I have safe tires to get me around!! Thanks for going on my flat tire journey!!

Those should have been replaced 10k ago

@ginx : Nah.. they were 65,000 mile tires. Still had plenty of tread. I was starting to shop for tires.. the rock just sped up the process!

I dont know mang, looks to be 3/32 , 1/32 or so off wear bar
You got a better look than me , glad you got some new shoes though they handle so much better when you slap new ones on

@ginx : Was gonna say the same...some serious tread wear on that tire! Either way, @Daycaremom , I'm happy you got them all replaced! The $ is worth the peace! Now stop riding curbs! 🤣
