@+1 : Of course, I would. No child needs to lose their mom. I just hate kids especially have the fear of losing a parent.

Please encourage anyone you know who has this not to give in to it. You have to fight to win the battle, and if you don't have the courage to fight your child may succumb to the same. Be strong everyone.

My friend is on day 13 and she feels like she may be turning the corner. She had a couple of moments over the last week where she almost went to the hospital. She was lucky to have a family friend that is an ER doc and they were able to tell her and her husband what to look for when making the decision on wether or not to go to the hospital. Her grand baby has mild symptoms at this time as well as her oldest daughter.

The shortness of breath is like nothing she had ever experienced and its very scary.. She feels so winded just getting up to go to the bathroom. However that feeling was a little less this morning and that has her feeling hopeful.

Her exact words "You better be wearing a damn mask"!

@+1 : I'm just curious, had she been or is she a smoker? I'm asking because I quit in Dec. and since I was sick in March my shortness of breath has amplified. This wasn't even close to a problem before I quit. On some days I am almost to the point of collapse by the time I walk past 4 houses to the corner and it can be a struggle to get back home. Also my symptoms started 3/16 and I am just in this past week starting to feel close to normal again. The week before I felt like I was heading on the track to recovery.

In 2017, I had surgery and had pulmonary and cardiac complications. I was monitored closely during #2 and #3 surgeries and my oxygen level stayed low. I was released by an oxygen machine.

I have never smoked and have lived in a smoke free home. I have never ever had respiratory problems other than colds and sinus issues.

What causes these complications?? Unknown, but my doctor strongly recommend that I stay home as I am considered high risk due to these complications.

@+1: Glad your friend is improving. Prayers continue. Please update

Prior to anyone saying we were going to need to stay 6 ft away from others & don't go into crowds of people ,I spent 2 days shopping for groceries & needed supplies . The 3rd day hubby came with me I was just exhausted . I'm guessing about a week or so after that the white's of my eyes turned red . & my eyes have been feeling very dry & itch. My ears have driven me insane . I have infection in both ears & having a hard time hearing , I spent a week nailed to the sofa or the bed .I kept trying to do stuff & I was ache all over . Managed to push myself . I feel a little better & I feel I have had this virus . Are I've had some virus . I would like to know . Think I'll call my doctor .
