It looks yummy so I'm not dissing yours but, if you want to be authentic, next time grill the bun, try banana pepper rings, xtra provolone, add grilled mushrooms and no tomatoes. My son manages a Philly restaurant up north. His are delish. You need to make sure the meat is a bit more well too.
