@ginx : We just signed up for a tank delivery service. Not sure how this situation will impact it but might be worth looking into. I'll find the name.

@humblegirl thats pretty cool . . I have half a tank in a spare so im probably good til this blows over. I like ace because the old timer doing the propane is cool.

@ginx : That's sweet. I like everyone at Ace.

Will say though when times are busier, it's nice to come home from work and your tank is in your back yard already. $1.99 for backyard stashing!

I cook on the grill 7 nights a week, except for before the virus when we'd occasionally go out for dinner. Always keep 3 backup tanks, just in case...

I do most of my cooking on the grill. Especially in the summer. Saves heating up the house with the oven. Tomorrow is Country Ribs and a few specials for the cook....

We cook outside more than inside throughout the whole year. We have a few different cookers: outdoor griddle, Weber Kettle, propane grill, offset smoker and large charcoal grill. I use the rotisserie attachment on the kettle more than anything. Propane grill gets the nod for fast and easy. Always said I wouldn't have one but in the 4 years we've owned it, I've used it a lot.

Will be building a large cinder block pit soon!

We tried to use our charcoal grill.. took off the lid to find a finch had built a mansion of a birds nest under the grate and the nest is full of eggs.. so we left it. Now it's a fight between me and the bird dog to leave the grill with the bird in it alone.

@HumbleGirl : Yes we love ours, my wife cooks on it more than me. Its super handy when we have family or friends from out of town and need to cook a large breakfast.

Sounds delish. Do you make your own sauce?

@blueyes : Every so often the wife makes a gallon of her mother's world famous marinara sauce and then freeze for various uses. I lightly grill the ribs then finish them off in a casserole dish covered in her sauce with Parmesan cheese on top. This is done low and slow and they become fork tender.
