Where did you get such a meaty pack of beef ribs ? All the ones I have ever seen have more bone on them than meat !!

@bk1960 : www.westviamidwest.c om/oven-baked-beef-r ibs-recipe/. But the meat was so thick ,instead of 1 hour no foil it was 4 hours.

Heat is heat....So you don't get any smoke, no problem....Don't have to smoke it all the time....Looks good...I often "pre-cook" a brisket in the oven and finish it off on the charcoal grill with smoke and all...Always comes out good....

As usual, your food looks better than I even think. I just had Outback seafood medley or something like that. The lobster was edible, the shrimp was tough, salad wonderful and sweet potato was good. I had and entire box of leftovers I forgot but decided it wasn't worth it and I wasn't out of the parking lot. The big onion thing was great and free.
You need to open a restaurant.
