Heat is heat....So you don't get any smoke, no problem....Don't have to smoke it all the time....Looks good...I often "pre-cook" a brisket in the oven and finish it off on the charcoal grill with smoke and all...Always comes out good....
At least your ribs don't look like they're on their period...
