@chasinghosts : Does your son and his wife tow? When I had my wreck the wife was the one that got my car but the husband showed up, too. Very nice people.

chasinghosts : Wasn't that around the first posts?

@ladybeachbum : Came from Andi, but originally she says came from homeowners. I just don't like passing info in case it can be bad info.

@chasinghosts : By now, it probably doesn't matter. I hope they have it all worked out on how to fix their home whether the kids parents or them. One thing for sure is the homeowners are very lucky they had moved away from the area. That had to be so scary even though they were not injured.

No idea how homeowners insurance or policy specifics, i do know automotive insurance though.

If the kid or his parents have insurance they will pay the homeowner until they hit their caps.

If the homeowners insurance pays for the repairs, their team of lawyers will go after the kid and his parents.

I just hope there is some mechanism for the homeowner if neither of these apply. That looks like a costly repair. Maybe he gets the keep the mustang, possession is 9/10ths of the law and all. (jokes)

@MrsHB : Except that noone has said that. If it was and the owner had insurance then it would be covered as uninsured motorists.
