@Deacon33399 : So in this encounter you had with Precinct 4 . You didn't talk to them in a disrespectful ugly way ? Your saying for no reason what so ever they just threw your girlfriend across the floor & put you in a choke hold ? In a public place where everyone around all of you could see & hear what was going on ??? So there were witness to everything that took place . You haven't said exactly why they were prompted to do this ??? But this is not passing the smell test with me . I just don't see officers in a public place doing something like this with out cause .
