Daniel Baquer is a great guy. Most of his assault charges stem from him defending women and the defenseless. It's sad because it does make him look like a horrible person; but, if you knew the story behind each ••• whooping, or witnessed it first-hand, you would think he's an upstanding guy. Now, as far as the charges involving a teenage girl. Just because you're arrested for something doesn't mean you're guilty. He's not on the run whatsoever, but I love how people wave his record around like he's some kind of horrible person. Please. I'd set a plate for him at my table any day of the week!This girls father shot daniel over something completely unrelated that happened when they lived together. He's using his daughter to cover this fact and to manipulate the masses. It's sad and unfortunate. I'm sure his minions will be along shortly to attack the truth.

@carol888 : Someone posted something and it took off from there. Both sides were mean. I think if the guy did something wrong let the law handle it. I was disappointed to see the brother jump in there and be as nasty (his words mainly). He should have taken the high road and not stoop to a social media bash fest. Not saying the guy did or didn't do anything but that's why we have a justice system. Let them sort it out not some keyboard warriors.

@carol888 : Just a clarification......Fratta hired the killing. Convicted ....she was a sweet lady.

@hey : I saw something this morning on FB, only showed the 713-222-Tips page with case/warrant # but immediately removed it after I was addressed for the source. (Hindsight; Lesson learned) but live in Kings River. I thought I heard a helicopter sound but with all the surrounding yard work going on, not sure. Keep us posted!
