Homemade red beans (been simmering all day...spicy!) and rice with grilled jalapeno cheddar sausage, plus salad, plus grilled pepper jack cheese on mini Hawaiian rolls (ask me about that! ❤). I'm stuffed!
I need a treadmill! 🤣
