Trump style

As president. So far we've had chaos. Trump tweets, others say he meant this or that and no one really knows.

He contradicts a lot of what his cabinet says. How will this work as a matter of practice. Wether you love Trump or hate him this has to be a real concern.

Let's take the issue of how to deal with Russia.

"Let’s consider how this works in practice. Take Russia’s conduct in Syria. Haley, Jim Mattis and others will say Russia committed war crimes and has been of negligible assistance in fighting the Islamic State. So does Haley push for a U.N. resolution condemning Russia for war crimes? Does Mattis go to allies to say we need to limit Russia’s role in the Middle East? Do Republican members of Congress push for an anti-Russian sanctions bill — only to find out Trump would veto it (!). Someone has to set policy and give underlings marching orders; that person usually would be the president. Right now Trump will not or cannot perform that function."

Trump says Putin is a great leader, but how does that correspond with the above?

Many have these questions, interesting article.

All I know is that his pen goes "live" tomorrow...So, we'll soon see...

He seems to have a quick trigger and is easily offended, which is a concern for me...

It's easy to tweet and hard to govern.

There's no winning is there? If he picks people who toe the line and don't question him he's a dangerous dictator. If he picks people who exercise their judgement and make independent decisions rather than act as a bunch of yes men it means he's incapable of control.

His positions are rather erratic, so to find people who disagree with him isn't that difficult . The question becomes what will he do in office. The choices he makes now will affect us all.

For example is climate change a Chinese hoax, etc. , etc.

Maybe he can tweet that Chinese hoax away, but I fear it's not that simple.

I think he's being judged by his words, his actions and his personnel selections.
