20 minutes he woke up and the baby was cold with bite marks? No scuffling sounds or baby screaming to wake you up? Sounds fishy to me

If the dog killed my baby, the dog would not be welcome back in my home.

That is very strange that he didn't wake up when this all happened right next to him on the couch.

Sounds like something happened to the baby, she passed away, and then maybe the dog bit her after the fact? Very fishy.

Something is amiss, when my kids were babies if they coughed we were up.

It doesn't say where the bite marks are on the baby. Wonder if they can figure out if the dog did it himself or if a human opened its mouth and pressed down on the baby's skin. Sounds like the dog didn't do it if it were submissive to the police.

Calling BS on this story. A dog attacking a baby that would be screaming it's head off and Dad is sleeping a foot away without hearing anything. Nuh uh....

This story stinks like 3 day old fish . To top it off investigator commander Earnest was asked if there's any advice he could give & he said he really didn't have any . Here is where you say REALLY???So I have read 100 times at least never leave a young child alone with a dog . That should have been said .It was also said the dog has been impounded for 10 days & the family can decide to euthanize him or bring him home . I love most all animals but I would have shot & killed that dog in my living room right then & there .

Seems like if I dozed off, I would have heard the baby cry or the dog do something. Some things are not adding up. I hope I am wrong.
