If you plan on fixing it get a Foundation engineer to check it out first. You will pay for them to inspect it and give you a honest answer to what is going on and you may not need to get much if anything done or you can hire one of many companies around Houston to check it out for free and perform work that may not be needed or fix your problem. I have not used a engineer yet but plan to get one next year to look at my house because most company's charge around 10,000 from what I hear.

If you need a repair once you check with a foundation engineer - Foundation Savers is local (Crosby) and very reasonably priced as I checked others. They all warranty for life.
