It contains 400 mg of potassium & 665 mg sodium . It's over on the isle with the baby medicines not with the adult stuff . I have this stuff already in the house you never know when you'll need it .

Get better! That bug went through our home over Thanksgiving and wrecked that holiday for us. We are just now starting to get back to 100%

Was not the flu. Dr said it was the stomach bug that is contagious and going around.
He recommended sterilizing everything at home that we touched to prevent any more spreading of it. But to be prepared for the rest of the family to get it. Husband did, kids are both ok so far still! Have plenty of gatorade for dehydration.(he said it is their saline bags just with flavor)
