That I'm pretty sure is an Oleander plant .

There is a reg Oleander & a dwarf I have had the reg in my yard & they got huge .

Leaves don't look quite right for oleander. A laurel or possibly a ligustrum

I just looked at the Laurel plant pictures & there are many different kinds & they look very much like the picture on here .
