Do you brush that delicious melted butter/dijon/worcestershire/poppy seed stuff on the tops and bake them? Those things are the bomb!
There's also a Monte Cristo version that's awesome (ham/turkey/swiss/American), but the stuff you brush on top has a beaten egg in the mix, then baked...served sprinkled with powdered sugar on top and raspberry preserves on the side.
