If it's the same guy, his name is Kenneth... We just saw a "homeless vet" in the Wal-Mart parking lot... not to be confused with the other needy vet - that is usually parked in the Goodwill/Specs parking lot - that drives the truck with the 2 large American flags... It's hard to keep them straight. And it's about time for the gypsies to return.

Yep, the gypsy's taught me a lesson several years ago. Gave them money one cold day, later that week they were eating in the same restaurant as me.I've never given to any of them since, including the vet. Very disheartening..wow.

@KPalm - He parked it (not very well), got out quickly, and walked over to the corner to sit with his sign and dog. This was about 30 minutes ago. Caught my eye as we were leaving the parking space at Lowe's. I was like no way!

@FNULNU1954 : I cannot positively state there was not a limp - he was moving fast. I was flabbergasted that I had just seen him exit the vehicle. I think he quickly got out of the vehicle so folks would not see him.

I'm sure the car and man are still there. It's parked right across from him where he sits. Can't miss it - paper tags.

I'm not opposed to helping others by any means... I just hate being an "enabler" and being taken advantage of. The gypsies drive better vehicles than I do!!!
