@Macdaddy I shouldn't post this but I will on this issue one last time. One, as noted in the article there's no proof that the hacker did what he claimed.
Two, for argument sake let's say he or someone else hacked into her server and accessed classified information. Even if Clinton ended up in the justice system over this breach the sanction would most likely not be jail time.
And it's not because she was a high ranking official. Typically federal employees are not placed in prison for failing to properly secure classified data, so long as they don't intentionally mean to give it to an unauthorized person. They might lose their jobs, be suspended, or simply counseled but that's usually as far as it goes. So why do you think things should be different for her?
In my opinion you could really care less about the emails. You want her out of the way because you personally disdain her and she's a threat to a Republican winning the presidency. So much for your idea of justice.
