For the competitive BBQ’r out there I wanted to announce next years Humble Rodeo and BBQ held in February 2017 will be sanctioned by KCBS. We will be the 2nd largest cook only to the KC Royal Championship that KCBS has. (last year we had 148 teams). This will make Humble one of the premiere BBQ Cooks.* Kansas City BBQ Society
