Roasting Garlic - It's What's For Dinner
Perhaps I am having a Martha Stewart (less the jail time) moment. I am actually roasting garlic in the oven drizzled with olive oil and wrapped in foil. I am using it for bread dipping sauce. I will be making homemade meatballs shortly and sauce. My house will smell like Little Italy soon. Ha!

Sounds delish..

I'm still sitting in the recliner in my PJ'S trying to muster the energy to do something productive. Well, I DID make my kids lunch and got the dishes done..

@SteelerNation Sounds so yummy. My hubs is thawing backstrap - gonna be a country cooking night apparently. He asked if I'd mind making milk gravy for the potatoes...
