This is an El Niño weather pattern which reduces tropical formation. Prediction says normal tropical year. That said a normal or below normal year means nothing if the only one comes here.

I 2nd Smokeybear since the El Nino only tends to produce fewer hurricanes - key word is "fewer". I hope I'm wrong, but I feel like it's been awhile.

Will it ever dry to clean the gutters? We cleaned the ones on front, have to clean the back ones. The water is spilling, they're full of leaves
