Wasn't the motorcyclist found to be speeding excessively?

All the eyewitnesses said he was speeding excessively.

Was be ticketed?

If he wasn't ticketed for reckless driving or speeding then most probably they found the mother negligent in the accident. Therefore her and her insurance company can be sued.

That was a tragic accident. Would have to research, but I thought initially the woman in the SUV turned in front of the motorcycle. Had she not done that the motorcycle driver would not have been put in that situation.

But wasn't it the case that if the motorcyclist had not been speeding, the driver would have seen him?

I don't know all the details, but if she turned into an intersection she would be at fault. Regardless if he was speeding. She turned in front of him. I can't believe nobody saw the civil suit coming. *This does not mean he does not grieve every day for that little boy.

WELL, what I had reported back when this horrific tragedy happened, was the ugly fact that his sister was all over Facebook saying how she "was not even worried or concerned" about a baby dying, she was mad that her brother was hurt. Also, HE was a bragger on Facebook about how he likes to speed & that no one could do anything about it, etc, etc. I have 1 word for them: KARMA.....lolol
