Saw one yesterday morning waiting for stop sign runners.

Simply not enough out there either way.

And there is why I think we should not share with Walden but have our own constables. When you never see them which I never see them unless they are sitting on the bridge catching speeders . . it is so easy for them to say well we were in Walden .Now who can say if they were or they weren't in Walden ? When you have this kind of contract nobody has control of them nobody knows where they are . Those officers in my opinion should be on the move most of the time they are here showing their presence through out our subdivision. What are we paying for ? For them to come & write a report after a crime has been committed ?

I see them out and about every day.

I see them frequently........ wish they would stay around PFE in the mornings to catch speeders with their K stickers blowing through our school zone, LOL.

I see them each day that I take the kids to school (2-3 morning each week) in ES.

I saw one pass by my house this morning.

So do we contract with Precinct 3 or Precinct 4? I'm wondering about at night when PAK's are racing by my house on loud motorcycles or in their fast cars!! Guess they have to rest up so they can pull over DH for "rolling" through a stop sign...

ACIA splits officers with Walden I don't have any idea if ES has their own or splits officers with another subdivision . We use to split with Atasca Woods also & off the top of my head I think it is just us & Walden but I'm not positive about that & it was just spoken about so I need to check my notes .

I see them all the time especially when my rental car was a Camaro and they followed me home....I've seen them off West Lake Houston and around 12th Fairway.

@bbk It would be nice to have our own officers here but I do think they have to do a certain amount of ticket work. People drive crazy on the bridge. I do speed limit and think I will be run over if I don't go faster and get out of the way.
We are pretty lucky to have the low level of crime here.

@ladybeachbum I agree with the low crime in ACIA & I have thought about why that is . The only half way logical thing I can think of is because we have a high percent of senior citizens that live over here , & lots of cars parked in our driveways day & night . They drive around & see lots of folks are at home . Husband & I complain about the same thing we have to stomp it so they don't just run us over . If they don't see a cop that means they can do 90 on the bridge I guess .30% I think is their county time . Now who can stand up & say for sure we are getting all the time we are suppose to get . I'd prefer paying more but they are here all the time & not at Walden are where ever . Our daughters HOA fired prct 4 because they had very low crime & they never knew where they were either . But they did know Windrose had high crime near them .
