Job Description:
Growing local air conditioning and heating company is looking for a full time, admin/receptionist. Duties include, but are not limited to:
• answer and direct phone calls
• organize and schedule appointments
• provide general administrative and clerical support
• maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• perform data entry
• equipment registration and warranty submission
• perform multifaceted general office support
Job Requirements:
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Must live in Kingwood or surrounding areas
