New Pilates Studio in Kingwood - Atascocita

Kingwood has a new Pilates studio. West End Pilates studio is situated
above the Kingwood Music School. The studio is private, and offers
small, personal classes for up to 8 people.
"Pilates isn't a one
size fits all routine," says owner, Katharine Barber. "The exercises
should be done with precision and control; so different bodies will need
to perform in different positions."
The studio offers a variety of mat classes from beginner to using different props to add resistance and mind body feedback.
Pilates
truely is for everybody and every body. Barber encourages those who
would like to try pilates but feel uncomfortable attending a large class
to try a smaller studio session. The studio also offers private and
semi-private reformer classes, chair, tower and MELT method for pain
relief.
