Association Management Inc. - Kingwood (AMI) will sponsor its first-ever AMI Boot Camp outlining the fundamentals of HOA board members’ roles and responsibilities Thursday, March 25, 7 p.m. at Deerwood Country Club, 1717 Forest Garden Drive. AMI Co-Founder, Chairman & CEO David Regenbaum, a nationally renowned authority on HOA management issues, will be the instructor for the AMI Boot Camp, which is free and open to HOA board members living in and around Kingwood, Humble and Atascocita.

“All too often, residents of single family homes and condominium communities volunteer to serve on their HOA boards and don’t realize the full extent of their fiscal and budgetary responsibilities,” explained Regenbaum, a 43-year veteran of the HOA management industry.  “We’ve designed the AMI Boot Camp as a three-part ‘Basic Training’ to outline and clarify the role and responsibilities of the HOA board member so that he or she may best represent their personal and community’s interests.”

AMI Boot Camp Session I will feature “The Fundamentals of HOA Board Membership Responsibilities & Roles” and “Fiscal Fitness!  Budgets & Financial Statements.”

Lite snacks and smoothies will be served.  Advance reservations are required by calling Courtney Maughan, AMI-Kingwood Service Specialist, 281-358-9090, by March 20.
