Speaking of WLH I really wish they would move the speed limit back to 30 through Pinehurst Walden/South areas. So tired of seeing idiots fly by me.

Just what Atascocita needs, more damn red lights! How will another set of lights "ease congestion?" It will just plug things up more because a few idiots can't get out of their neighborhood due to lack of understanding how to push on the gas pedal to GO!!

@Lickem It's only two new lights, and this will allow residents to get out of those neighborhoods safely. Right now it's pretty dangerous. I don't live in either one of these neighborhoods, but I can see how difficult it is for them. Chill out, this may actually save lives.

These two lights will be a huge improvement. Much needed at those two intersections. The lights on Will Clayton at the two Eagle Springs intersections helped tremendously. I finally drove down there the other day and it is so much better.

I drive through there to take my kids to school, on the one hand - more lights means it might take longer - but people come pulling out of there like a bat out of hell and nearly sideswipe me everyday, so I guess a light is the lesser of two evils. I also think that more people drive over and take Timber Forest in order to have a light, so maybe it would actually ease congestion at that intersection. I do hope they will time them so that you can get down Atascocita Rd without hitting every single one though.

great... move government intrusion in our lives... now I need to wait for a machine to tell me when to stop and when to go? how is that good? and don't say it's for our own safety our for our children...this isn't good people... one day in the not so distant future the machines are going to take over and enslave us... just watch The Matrix or Terminator... it's coming... will you be ready to resist and fight? are you going to take the blue pill and just "go back to bed"? take the damn red pill and wake the %^* up!

@sandman Usually people have to die in order for them to put up traffic lights. Luckily, they are putting up these lights before that happens. I travel this way every day on the way to work, and on my way back home, and I can see how difficult it is for these residents. This will not add that much more time to your day, in my opinion. and if it saves lives, it's worth a little bit of my time.
