How's the knee? Got mine shot up this afternoon and waiting for the swelling to go down. Telling him about your success and he said, "sounds like he must be about 6 months out". Ha! He said it usually takes that long before anyone says they're glad they did it. You're a Rehabbing Superstar!

I just think you need the right Dr. My guy expects you to be about where I am at.

To give you an idea, today made 25 days post op. Today I did 4 miles on the bike and a full 60 min workout at therapy. It's not 100% by any means, but it is better than before surgery.

Did you get a steroid shot in the knee? If so, OMG that hurt so bad!

My surgeon is Dr. Robin M Goytia 713-799-2300. He is off Main St downtown, with Fondren Orthopedic. The great thing about him, he does a ton of these and is considered one of the best.

I used muscat as well. Thing is for replacements you only want someone who does a lot of them. Muscat told me he might do 10 a year. Goytia who Muscat sent me to averages 500+ per year.

Yeah I got two on each side. He couldn't drain it though so I'm waiting for the steroids to work their magic. Should feel better in the AM.
