ACIA Board Of Trustees

ACIA BYLAWS page 9 Officers & Their Duties Section 2 Election of officers . The election of officers shall take place at the 1st meeting of the Board of Trustees following each annual meeting of the members .

I have never seen any Board in ACIA have a Dec meeting ever . So after the election of the new folks on the board the 1st meeting is Jan 2015 .

If you go on our HOA website & click on Board of Trustees to your right You will see the 2 new people are already on their & it has already been decided who is President which about a week ago I had already said who it would be & yes I was right .

These folks were in a huge hurry to get on this Board ( WHY ) ? Jimmy & Laura are suppose to be there till after the Jan meeting, where are they ?????

I do hope this Board will be this fast answering questions asked of them .

Why aren't Jimmy and Laura standing up for themselves. Perhaps they never read the bylaws.

From the time the new folks are elected this is a handoff period where the old members are to explain everything to the new members .

Oh come on!- Already?

So it says they are to be assigned to duties at the Jan association meeting, so did they have a secret meeting, umm I mean workshop.Did I miss the invite?

So just who are they ACCOUNTABLE to?- NOT THE MEMBERS!

Seriously do they not know how to read, or do they just think they can do whatever they want regardless of what our governing documents say?

Hey what happened to all that experience and knowledge Patti was supposed to bring.

Wow- it does seem that she is UNIQUELY QUALIFIED TO TRAMPLE OUR GOVERNING DOCUMENTS.

Wait wait this may be a record, when was the election 6 days ago?

Already they are stomping on the governing documents and the members.

I think it goes something like this- at the Jan meeting a board member says I nominate Ric for president, then another says here, here , yes I second that nomination.

Then someone says all those for it say AYE AYE Captain.

Then someone says all those against say neigh , at this point all those against say neigh ( kind of like a horse noise).

Here is were it gets very difficult , they have to count the AYES and the NEIGHS.

If the AYES outnumber the NEIGHS then Ric becomes president.

Very complicated I know but this is how it works.

Jnauary ACIA meeting- insist on BYLAWS that we should not even need to force compliance with our governing documents and laws.
