I am from Maryland and I know they can get a driver's license, even if they are undocumented. Yes, Maryland has a lot of illegals living there. I am from Montgomery County, which used to be the second richest county in the nation. I don't know how they can afford to live there, but the white population is now a minority. Homes there are extremely expensive and so is the cost of living. I know I could not afford to live there, if I went back. I don't know how the illegals can do it unless they are subsidized by the gov't.
