Thinking of you this morning my friend. Hoping you get the relief you are looking for and a functioning knee - pain free for a change.

Wow, sorry folks. The knee is done. I'm not going to lie, it hurts pretty good. The pain meds just are not really doing the trick. Will update after dr comes by. Thanks for thinking of me.

Pain meds = constipation

No pain meds = gonna kill somebody

Thinking about you my friend. Hopefully your doctor has made some medication adjustments so you can get some relief and sleep along with it.

So did three rounds of PR yesterday. They wanted two, I wanted 3. Did a total of 960 steps yesterday. VERY, VERY SORE. I am seeing progress already though and that really makes me happy. The nurses and people here are the best I have ever been around. Thanks again for all the prayers and well wishes from you all. You have no idea how it makes one feel.
