Baked here.....Although the last couple years we've ditched Turkey for something else on Thanksgiving(we did buy the Turkeys while the prices were good but cooked them in the middle of Summer....Which was, surprisingly, a really nice shuffle!)...
Tried the fried approach before, wasn't impressed at all....
Hmmm........Now that I'm thinking about it....Never tried one on the PIT yet....Might have to quarter it or something to speed the cooking a bit, but I bet it would be good!....
