CURENT ACIA BOARD ABUSIVE TO MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION

They intimidate the members at the meetings with threats of removal and arrest by police,

They have removed members not once but twice that I know of .

The first time was an ACC member who was present for an ACC hearing and was not allowed to speak ( an arbitrary rule they came up with and yes the rules and restrictions are constantly changing) . When the ACC member saw they did not have the Submission they were asked to bring as board members acting as the ACC, he told the other ACC member to ask the board if they had copies of the submission. He was then thrown out of the ACC hearing and told that if he was present at the open session portion of the meeting which followed the executive session he would be arrested.

This action was carried out by JW the board president.

All five of the current board members were present- LL-TK-SR and RH.

None of them raised any objections.

Any of them are welcome to come on this message board and refute this however the evidence is irrefutable.

So when you are told it is just a RUMOR don't believe it.

Yes if my memory serves me correctly I believe in the Jan 2014 meeting TK told a member he was going to have the member "investigated"

That is fortunate for the residents of MUD 109.

He publicly accused an ACC member of trespassing and being confrontational to Homeowners and then moved to remove them. When the ACC member stood up to object he was removed by the police on the orders of the association president JW.

When asked to provide evidence of the alleged ACC transgressions TK claimed the information was "PRIVATE'

Of course I believe he said numerous instances of these alleged transgressions occured over several months and yet he as CHAIRMAN AND ACIA BOARD MEMBER OVERSEEING THE ACC TK never notified the members of ACC of these alleged allegations.

The entire current board voted to immediately remove the ACC members with no evidence presented or questions allowed . All of this was done in full view of the public.
