Police everywhere near walmart

Just curios if anyone knows what is going on by the walmart this early in the morning. There are cops blocking every entrance on 1960 from 24 hr fitness to just past Walmart. They are also on Atascocita road blocking the same radius area. I passed by around 5:45am on 1950 and again on 6:10 on Atascocita road. There is nothing on the news but I know this is site is sometimes a great way to find out what's going on in the community.

The Texaco behind Walmart was robbed and he ran on foot. As of about 715 cops were still out.

Ohhh. I did see three cars at the Texaco and thought maybe ground zero. Hope the employees and patrons are not hurt.

Helicopter flying low and slow over our house past 20 minutes or so. He must still be on the loose. Hubs comes in and says "Get on that Atascocita place and find out WTH is going on". He doesn't get on himself but is a believer in our ability to get the down low here faster than most any other means.

Hope they find him soon. The last group of runners got snagged not far from my house in the woods back here.

I'm in kingwood glen and he has been flying close. Not sure how they will find him with the garage sells going on.

Cop said guy robbed Texaco behind WalMart and they had him but he got away.. Has boxer type shorts on with handcuffs lol

My neighbor woke me up, she had gone to get donuts & saw police were everywhere & said what's going on cops are everywhere !!!!!!. I said don't know let me get on A.COM because A. Com always knows what's up & she said that's why I called you . SURE THING VERY FIRST THING POLICE EVERYWHERE NEAR WALMART!!! . I had to laugh ! GOOD JOB GUYS as always thanks for the reporting to A. Com .We are always the 1st to know what is going on .

I just read on another site that they caught one and one was still out. IDK, So many people posting on local sites hard to know who has the story straight.

No more police around us at this time though. We did have some checking the drainage ditch between us and Office Depot area and choppers above for almost an hour this morning. They've all cleared out so I'm thinking they must have the guy back in custody now.

I ride my bike around 2am-4am a lot of days, and then get to hear about these events happening in the streets I was in a couple of hours prior. Still not as scary as the cars that almost hit me though, or the loose dogs, or the drunks wandering around in the middle of the road.

On the other note, I'm glad they caught them. I'm sick of all the crap. That would be the time of morning where I find my peace. A hot cup of coffee the cool morning and everyone still asleep. Would suck if some half naked handcuffed guy come over my fence.

Geez Louise where are you riding ????I use to grocery shop all the time between 1 & 3 in the morning & I never saw anyone out in my hood .
