Yes they come out & measure & then come back & install .

We measured ourselves and had Lowes cut them for us, installed ourselves. Cheap!

Lowes, they charge to come out & mow, but apply it to the purchase price it you go with them.

@HumbleGirl: I think those blinds will only fit stock size standard windows & I am not sure how many choices of colors you have to pick from . I have custom size windows & wanted the wood in it & the color is sort of a mahogany color which will look good with the curtains I'm going to get made . But yes if the blinds in the store can be cut to fit your windows & your ok with the color you'll save a bunch $.

We measured per the directions on blinds.com and ordered.They came in and went up in about 10 minutes a window.Easiest and smoothest installation I've ever done on blinds....
