Mine!

I'm married to a walking, talking miracle of a man who literally died on me one morning and was brought back to life. During the 8 days he spent in ICU while they worked to stabilize him, I was told it wasn't a matter of him having brain damage it was only how extensive it might be.

They were wrong and I'm so glad to celebrate another year with him. That was 13 years ago and it ultimately changed our lives for the better in more ways than I could every imagine.

Birthdays with him become much more than cake and cards. This is a day to celebrate!

Life hangs on a thread y'all - don't forget it.

He is a happy man today for sure. He got a guys trip to Vegas with his life-long bud to a 4-day Blues Festival, and a new pistol (357) from our oldest son.

To really top off his day though I scheduled our WQS OFT Friends and Family Fantasy draft for this afternoon. I think he's been looking forward to that most of all.

I do hope he has a helluva draft - just not better than mine! (I mean c'mon - it's a Birthday but this is footbal bid-ness!)
