Jason is always showing his junk in his movies.....well, not the Muppet one...that would have been interesting.'Tammy' looks like another one of McCarthys movies where she plays the same character that she always does. No thanks.'Sex Tape' looks funny. 'Cameron was funny in 'The Other Woman'.I want to see The Purge 2, but I haven't seen the first one yet...something tells me it won't matter if I did or not..lol

An indie movie also came out this weekend, called "Boyhood", that started filming 12 years ago, with a 6 year old boy, and it was filmed with the same actors (including Ethan Hawke and Patricia Arquette), and focused on this 6 year old growing up into adulthood. It gets a 99% on rotten tomatoes. It's supposed to be excellent, and I really want to see it. Right now, it's only playing in limited (artsy-fartsy) theaters (River Oaks and in the Woodlands). Parts of it were filmed in Houston. Last time I went to see a movie at the River Oaks theater, it was the movie "Bernie" with Jack Black, and I swear, we were the youngest people by 60 years.www.rottentomatoes.c om/m/boyhood/

Going to check out the Purge today.

I want to see boyhood also...wish it was showing somewhere closer....

Boyhood 12 yrs in the making, 5 stars on RT. I can't sit in a theater for 3 hrs +, I'll wait for home viewing. It's one I don't want to miss watching.

Ac was out at kingwood theater yesterday and could not handle it so our money was refunded.

OK, we went to see The Purge tonight. It is not a sequel it is a whole different plot with different characters. It is actually much much better than the first one.I believe this movie had a lot of under tones in it. Such as homeless poverty stricken people vs. the rich white folk so to speak. It is political in nature and makes you think about society and the monetary value and worth of life.It was scary and worth watching; however, I would like to know anyone's else's opinion after seeing it.Let me know.
