Husband just sent text. He is still stuck for 30 mins. Hope the people are going to be ok, accidents seem to happen more frequently lately. I agree. SLOW DOWN and pay attention.

I suggested Atascocita Rd to DW to jump on Eastex and avoid 1960 traffic and vice versa on way home.. Now it's a pain! We need something like NASA Pkwy-type spur up here to get us into Atascocita. With all the new subdivisions under construction, I think we're going to need more and better roadways to get us to the major thoroughfares.

@ItsJustTrev: It's fine most of the time when there isn't an accident or if there is a power outage and the intersection lights are blinking (4-way) stop.

The only reason I can see as to why that back up was people were too busy gazing at the green light instead of driving.. by the time the line started to move, the light would be red again. :-(

I got stuck in it for about 40 minutes, I saw the life flight helicopter land. Scary...I hope the person is okay.
