See I'm almost positive if he grabbed one of our children his life would have been taken!Seriously, he can have my food I would be like WTH but to touch my child with a pc of glass.... They would take both my husband and I to a next level!I don't think either of us would have the willpower to refrain from taking his life!Never say never right?

This poor guy is seriously disturbed and obviously hungry, but grabbing my child would get a bullet in your leg at the very least. God help us all. Can't go anywhere anymore!

@macdaddy: If he'd had a gun in his pocket I'm thinking it would have come out instead of a piece of glass. My common sense judgement in this case would have told me to try and spare his life if possible while stopping the threat to my family. There is no way he could pull a gun before my trigger finger would take the second shot. I would still be in my firing stance Mac waiting to make sure my first shot was good.It would also depend on how he was holding the child and what my target area was. I wouldn't take a shot that might hit my own child or family member.

I am not willing to take that chanceIMO he put his life on the line when he took the child .... I would have no problem taking it
