What exactly does this mean plez?

It is just one of those fun words,emotions or responses that can mean anything to anyone
at any given situation...someone asks "how was your day?" pffftttt or the doctor gave me some bad news ...pfffttttt or I found a 20 dollar bill....pffftttt. Today to me it was just a release....pffftttt sounds like air letting at out of a ballon.....ppfffttttt. I am sure Macdaddy had his own reason for this pfftttt.
