DH and I went once at lunch. The food was not bad, but not special enough for us to return either. At first we didn't want to go in because there was only one other table of people... They do serve breakfast all day, but after 11:00 they charge $2 extra for the breakfast items. I thought that was strange. It's not worth fighting the 1960 traffic for us when there are plenty of options closer.
It's a pretty extensive breakfast menu, too.... Plenty of options!! My issue is that it's the same food you get during breakfast hours, so why charge $2 extra??? I'm sure there's a reason....
Hadn't thought of it that way... All the more reason to get it outside of the regular hours!! Maybe I should revisit and test that theory. I'm always up for any breakfast anytime!!
I tried them out a couple weeks back for dinner. It was good but as someone said above, it was nothing to rave about. App: chile con queso (it was good) Dinner: Taco dinner. It came with 5 small fajita tacos (food truck style) with grilled onions, cilantro and a side of lime. The order came with frijoles a la charra. I believe the plate was $7.99. Not a bad price but for less I can go to the taco stand next to the sno cone place.
