@lynnsgirl:

Yes, he comes to our house, but it's definitely with minimal items. Their baskets have $25 or less in it. When it becomes expected or they seem ungrateful, he won't be making any more visits!

He comes only as a surprise. He doesn't leave much candy because there are other children that need it more than us.

He leaves a chocolate bunny. And some summer type fun toys. Bubbles, kites, pail and shovel...etc. daughter will recieve full size fishing pole and brother will have a three wheel scooter.

Easter Bunny is going to Papa's house this year but yes in general we do an egg hunt with candy, chocolate bunnies and a few small toys. Usually silly string, a stuffed animal, books, stuff like that.

We used to tell them... DW made a basket full of candy, chocolates, etc. But they always knew that it was her...

Santa, I think they figured out when they were like 8-9...

Now, they did believe I was Batman until they were like 10-11...

A tradition I want to start doing, that I remember fondly from my childhood, is sprinkling chocolate covered raisins from their baskets to the door (Easter bunny poop).

No wonder kids are obese. Why not give them what Bugs eats - carrots.

They aren't all obese. But you didn't really think that, did you? Bless your heart.
