I'll say this for her...she was a good soldier trying to sell a $..t sandwich as cordon bleu fare.
IMO, the toughest thing she had to deal with was orders from the WH staff to put off rule writing and implementation until after 2012 elections. Good googly moogly, the law was enacted in 2010 and the protocols and regulations were held up til 2013? For an issue that represents 17% of our GDP? Amateur hour.....
She was a certified dumb *** ("some people live and some people die")and a shining example of ineptitude in the administration...but she was on a fool's errand.
