Are you calling New Orleans "Chocolate City" because the majority of the population is black?

Chocolate City speech
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Chocolate City speech is the nickname that some people have given to the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day speech by Ray Nagin, Mayor of New Orleans, Louisiana, on January 16, 2006. The speech concerned race politics in New Orleans several months after Hurricane Katrina destroyed much of the city. The reference is to the occurrence of the phrase chocolate ditch in Nagin's speech, which was one of several points in the speech which occasioned significant controversy.

@Donnie.B:

Try "Fox News" or those other conservative rags who are constantly distorting the facts and sensationalizing everything political...

You give me facts, then once I apply the law to those facts, I don't care if one watches CNN, Fox, Univision, QVC or the Cartoon Network, you will get the truth, or at least how one should think. Don't worry, I anticipate the wiggle worms. That's when charm and good and zealous representation comes into play.

Nagin was just doing business as usual in Louisiana politics. Cash always buys my building finals there.
