If you swiped your card recently at Target. Seems as though they may have been a victim of a breach where hackers were able to obtain credit card information:
Just cancelled my cc that I used there recently - they wanted to Fedex a new one to me (without signature required) - did not want the porch thief to steal it so I said mail it.
