Of course I might be biased given my obvious admiration for the man. But I agree not only will his memory endure, but I think one of the reasons why we find his successors less than satisfactory is because we're looking for them to be him. JFK had incredible political gifts - wit, humor, charisma, and the ability to inspire. It will be a long time if ever before we have another president of his ilk.

I saw JFK the days before Dallas, I was in Foley's garage parking building, his motorcade can down Travis
Street going to stay at the Rice Hotel. And I made a remark how easy it would have been to shoot him in his open air convertible .

Street going to stay at the Rice Hotel. And I made a remark how easy it would have been to shoot him in his open air convertible .
